1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are between you and Just Blessed Media ("we", "us"). By using our website, submitting content, or purchasing an editing package or subscription, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

We provide human video and podcast editing services, including one-time editing packages (Single Clip, Clip 3-Pack, Podcast Teaser, Full Podcast Package) and the monthly Get Clips content subscription with an optional social scheduling add-on. Deliverables for each package are described on the purchase page at the time of order.

3. Payments, billing and taxes

Payments are processed securely by Stripe on behalf of Just Blessed Media. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout. We remain responsible for our editing services, cancellation requests and team-reviewed refunds. Manage invoices and payment methods from your account.

Monthly subscriptions renew each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; service continues through the end of your paid month. Unused monthly packages expire at the end of each paid month and do not roll over. Add-on changes (such as social scheduling) take effect from your next renewal.

4. Your content and our work

You retain ownership of the footage and materials you submit. You confirm you have the rights to submit them and that they do not infringe anyone's intellectual property. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the editing service. Finished edits are yours to use once paid in full. If a rights holder contacts us about infringing material, we may remove it and suspend related work; repeated infringement may end your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service: no unlawful content, fraud or spam, no infringing material, no malware, and no probing, scraping or interfering with the security of the service.

6. Accounts

Keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your information accurate.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Editing turnaround estimates are goals, not guarantees.

8. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the service itself — our software, documentation and branding. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service, or circumvent technical limits.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including lost profits, data or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. When access ends, your uploaded media is handled under our retention policy: cancelled projects keep private recovery copies for 30 days, then files are deleted.

11. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
