FAQ

Turnaround, revisions, and what's included

How fast will I get my event content?

Recap videos and edited photo galleries are delivered within 7–10 business days of the event. Event Content Engine and Media Partner timelines are confirmed with your content plan. Need something faster? Rush delivery within 48 hours is available for +25%.

How many revisions are included?

Video-Only Event Recap and Photo + Video Essentials include one round of revisions on the recap video. The Event Content Engine includes two rounds across the recap, interviews, reels, and sponsor highlights. Media Partner projects include two rounds per deliverable. Revisions cover edits like pacing, music, captions, order of clips, and logo placement — reshoots are not included.

What exactly is in Photo + Video Essentials?

Photo + Video Essentials is $1,050 for up to 3 hours: one creative professional capturing photo and video, one 45–90 second event recap video, 25 professionally edited high-resolution photos, and an online gallery with social-ready delivery. Coverage prioritizes key moments, atmosphere, guest interactions, and brand details; continuous multi-angle video coverage is not included. Delivered in 7–10 business days.

What does the $1,500 Event Content Engine add?

Everything in Photo + Video Essentials, plus an expanded photo gallery, guest and attendee interviews, short social reels, and sponsor-ready content. It's the option built for promotion, testimonials, and post-event marketing — not just documentation.

When should I choose the Media Partner tier?

When one event needs to fuel a full campaign. Media Partner ($2,750+) is quoted by scope and covers pre-event promotion, full photo and video capture, sponsor content, live stories, post-event distribution, and YouTube and campaign support.

What happens if my event runs longer than 3 hours?

Additional photo + video coverage is billed at $350/hour. We confirm the run of show before the event so the quote reflects real timing, and we'll flag it on-site before going over.

Do we get the raw footage and photos?

Edited deliverables are included with every package and are yours to use across web, social, email, and sponsor channels. Raw footage and unedited photo files can be released on request as a raw footage handoff for $250–$400.

What deliverables will I actually receive?

Every package includes edited video and/or photo deliverables ready to post. Video-Only Event Recap delivers a recap film. Photo + Video Essentials adds a 25-photo edited gallery. The Event Content Engine adds interviews, reels, and sponsor content. Media Partner can include pre-event promotion, live stories, YouTube cuts, and distribution support — scoped to your campaign.

How is sponsor content captured during the event?

We plan sponsor coverage before the event using your sponsor list and run of show. On site we capture logos, signage, activations, stage mentions, branded moments, and short interview spots. Those clips are edited into sponsor-ready highlight reels, social posts, and email assets you can send to partners as proof of value.
