30-day money-back guarantee
Just Blessed Media offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider. To request a refund, contact our team or submit a refund review from your editing account.
How refunds work for editing services
Every refund request is reviewed individually by our team. Requesting a refund does not cancel your subscription by itself. If a refund is approved for work not yet delivered, the undelivered editing work is cancelled; finished files you have already received remain yours.
Monthly subscriptions
You can cancel your Get Clips subscription anytime; service continues through the end of your paid month and unused packages expire at the billing boundary. A refund of the current month follows the same 30-day review process above.
